A woman has been arrested for an alleged drink-driving offence in Largs.
Police stopped the suspect's car in the town's Holehouse Road on Wednesday, January 3.
After taking a breath test, she was charged with a drink-driving offence.
A Largs police spokesperson said: "A female has been arrested and later released to appear on undertaking for driving whilst over the prescribed limit."
A report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal in relation to the incident.
