Generous customers in Largs have helped raise over £1,600 as part of a supermarket's fundraising initiative.
Morrisons once again teamed up with the Largs Food Bank for their annual Community Giving Tree appeal
During the festive period, customers could buy a special bauble from a special Christmas tree at the store.
Each bauble had a barcode on the back that could be scanned and added to their bill at checkout.
Customers could choose between £1, £2 or £5 baubles and the supermarket passed all proceeds to the foodbank as electronic gift vouchers.
Sharing the good news online, Morrisons said: "We are delighted to inform you that thanks to you, our customers, we raised an incredible £1,629 through our Community Giving Tree!
"100% of the proceeds are going to our friends at the Largs Food Bank.
"Thank you so much for all your support in making this another successful year with our Giving Tree and supporting our local food bank."
