A fundraiser held by the Largs Christian Aid group at the town's Morrison store has been hailed as a great success.
The committee has thanked everybody who contributed to its recent bucket collection for Christian Aid.
A spokesperson said: "The total raised on December 22 was £722 in the bucket and £24 on the card reader.
"Thanks to everyone for their generosity and thanks to Lorraine Nicol at Morrison's for her help with organizing this for us.
"Also thanks to all those who gave their time on the day."
A Morrisons spokesperson added: "Many thanks to our customers who helped our local Christian Aid group raise a fantastic £746 after their recent in-store fundraiser!
"Your support is greatly appreciated."
