A motorist has been charged in connection with an alleged hit-and-run incident in Largs.
The crash took place in Union Street, close to the town centre, on Monday, December 22.
A Police Scotland report claims the suspect failed to stop and report the road accident.
The item appeared in the police report of monthly crime incidents recorded in the town during the past four weeks, which was sent to Largs Community Council.
