The Waterside on Bath Street is being sold by current owner Brian Purdie, who has run the public house since 2008.

The business and the three-bedroom flat above has now been put on the market for offers over £239,950.

The property has been listed on the commercial marketplace RightBiz which stated that the popular entertainment bar is a "retirement sale."

It also said that the current average sales of the business is around £250,000 per year and has the opportunity to expand for potential buyers.
