A retail worker in Largs was subjected to abusive behaviour from a member of the public, police have confirmed.
The incident happened in a retail premises in Gallowgate Street, near the seafront.
Police confirmed that they are investigating the matter, which happened on January 27.
The matter appeared in the monthly crime report presented to Largs Community Council.
