The Chef's Eye in Nelson Street closed down several months ago and has now arrived on the market. 

The restaurant was widely known for its intimate feel and personalised menus which changed regularly. 

The vacant premises is now up for sale to a new buyer, with the space having capacity for around 30 people. 

It is being marketed by DM Hall in Glasgow for offers over £70,000.
