A motorist has been rushed to hospital after a car overturned in Largs on Saturday afternoon.
The incident happened shortly after 3pm when a vehicle struck a parked car, police have confirmed to the News.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 3.05pm on Saturday, March 30, police were called to a road crash on School Street, Largs.
"One vehicle, a Toyota Aygo, struck a parked car and overturned.
"The driver, and only occupant of the Aygo, was taken by ambulance to Crosshouse Hospital in Kilmarnock. Medical staff describe his condition as stable.
"Enquiries into the cause of the crash are continuing.
"The road was opened around 5.10pm."
