The opening date has been confirmed for an exciting new restaurant opening on the Isle of Cumbrae.
Lucas are set to have their grand opening on Saturday, April 6 - and all islanders are invited.
As we previously reported, the food business has rallied wide support from other businesses on the island.
The restaurant and bar at 15 Stuart Street will serve stonebaked pizzas, burgers, steaks and desserts.
And people looking for a takeaway can expect the service to start on Thursday, April 25.
In an announcement online, they said: "Luca’s officially opens on Saturday, April 6. 5-11pm for food and late night drinks and cocktails!
"If your party size is over eight people please message us or phone 01475 (3)30 867.
"Takeaways will start on Thursday, April 25."
