Plans have been lodged to build a new home on vacant land in West Kilbride.
The site at 21 Drummilling Road currently lies vacant following the demolition of the workshop of a former coachworks business.
The proposed four-bedroom home would be a storey and a half in height, with two rooms in the roof, and has been designed to reflect traditional properties in the area.
The property will also include a separate double garage, four car parking spaces and decking.
Planning documents state: "The site is currently vacant. The most recent use was a former coach works workshop. The workshop has now been demolished.
"Allowance has been made on the plans for the location of four regular sized 240 litre waste refuse bins, and an area is indicated on the plans for presentation of refuse bins on street for collection."
Agents Rhubarb Blue Limited, of Larbert, are acting on behalf of applicant Neil Griffin.
