The Ayrshire Hospice has been named Charity Employer of the Year at the s1jobs Recruitment Awards.

Staff from the charity's clinical, medical, finance, patient and family care, fundraising and HR departments attended the awards ceremony in Glasgow to collect the award on behalf of the organisation.

The judges were impressed with the hospice's person-centred and values-led approach as well as its prioritising of staff well-being and transparent communication.
