A celebration of international and local art is taking place in Largs - with all the proceeds going to a humanitarian charity that provides medical care in Ukraine and Gaza.
Artist Freddi Newton is showcasing her own paintings, depicting two very different coastal environments - Fairlie and Crete.
Freddi told the News: "I am holding an exhibition of my work in Studio 44, Boyd Street, Largs.
"During the exhibition days some of the paintings will be offered for sale at special prices to benefit Medecin Sans Frontieres for their work in Gaza and Ukraine."
The gallery event takes place on May 24 and 25 from 12 noon until 5pm.
