The next litter pick in Inverkip is on Saturday May 18 from 10am-12 noon meeting at the church hall or Ardgowan Beach.
Equipment is provided. If you want to help make a difference to your local environment then please do come along.
So far in the first four months of the year, the group have collected an impressive total of 129 bags of rubbish, and that doesn’t include all the rubbish collected by individuals.
The event is run by Inverkip, Skelmorlie and Wemyss Bay Church. and those interested should meet at Ardgowan Beach or Inverkip Church Hall.
A spokespersons said: "You don’t have to attend for the full time, if you can only manage half an hour it all helps.
"If you want to help make a difference to your local environment then please do come along."
