A special 'hope in the community' event is taking place in Largs which promises to provide fun and entertainment for the over 50s.
As well as live music on the day including covers of some favourite tunes from down the decades, there will be a chippy, and bingo.
The event takes place in the community hub in Cumbrae Gardens, (formerly Kelburn Primary School), next to Flatt Road.
It starts at 12 midday with hall bingo and is followed by a chippy at 12.45pm-1.15pm.
The menu includes chicken fillet, quarter pizza, sausage, and macaroni, all served with chips. There is also tea, coffee, cake and biscuits. Price is £7.50.
There is also an over 50s lunch club in the same location which meets every Tuesday at 11.30am.
To book your place for any of these events, contact Nicola on 01294 602711 option 2 or mobile 07493 306686.
