This year's Håkon Håkonsson Lecture, at Largs Viking Festival, will be delivered by Professor Stephen Driscoll about the Govan Stones Project.
The event will take place on September 5 at 7pm.
Professor Stephen Driscoll, the University of Glasgow’s Professor of Historical Archaeology, is part of The Govan Heritage Trust.
The Govan Stones is an internationally-important museum collection of early-medieval carved stones displayed at Govan Old Parish Church in Glasgow,
