Police have charged a person with four offences following an incident near the Largs seafront.
Officers say the arrest was made after an incident at Sandringham, near the town's war memorial, and the nearby seafront promenade on June 9.
According to police the person was charged in connection with allegations of vandalism, threats, police assault and resisting arrest.
A report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
The incident featured in the monthly police report provided to Largs Community Council, which details crimes and police activity in the area from mid-May to mid-June.
