ONE person is set to appear in court and a second has been officially warned after two alleged assaults in Largs.
According to local police, two people were assaulted in an incident in the town's Huttonpark Crescent on Tuesday, May 21,
The person believed to be responsible for the attack was issued with a recorded police warning.
Police say the second incident saw two more people allegedly assaulted in Brisbane Road on Friday, May 31.
One person was arrested and is now the subject of an undertaking to appear in court after a report was sent to the procurator fiscal.
The two incidents were both included in the latest monthly crime round-up provided to members of Largs Community Council, which details police incidents in the town from mid-May until mid-June.
Police say that they have been increasing patrols in Largs during the summer months for busy periods.
