A woman in her 80s has been seriously injured in a road collision in Co Down.
The pedestrian was struck by a car in Plantation Street, Killyleagh, at around 1.15pm on Tuesday.
She was taken to hospital for treatment.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland described her condition as “serious”.
Officers are appealing for anyone who was in the area who witnessed the collision to contact officers in Downpatrick on 101 quoting reference 522 15/01/19.
