School Shows
Both Inverkip and Wemyss Bay Primary 7 children put on shows before the spring break. Well done to them all.
Powerboat Workshop
Inverkip Pupils along with 2 other schools had a chance to see the presentation by Powerboat P1 and environmental charity P1 Marine Foundation. The children learnt about the environment, wildlife and the influences of the River Clyde.
Community Hub
There are many exercise/keep fit classes at the Hub in Inverkip but if it’s quieter pursuits you’re after there is an art group which meets on Tuesday evening from 7-9pm. Knit and Natter continue to meet on Wednesday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. There is also Table Tennis on Monday 7.30-9pm.
Art Exhibition
The Art Exhibition at Wemyss Bay Station continues till 10th June. This is in the Friends of Wemyss Bay Station shop.
Midnight Swim
Gourock Outdoor Pool has given the dates for their popular Midnight Swims. These start in June. This is ticket only and information can be had by phoning 213122.
