BBC TV Licence letter
I noticed that on BBC2 on 4th January there were 16hours 40 minutes of airtime and repeats were 13 hours 25 minutes.
The 3 hours 25 minutes were film time. Surely this is a good reason to withhold licence fee.
I await a reply from BBC re my complaint.
