Thistle boss Stuart Davidson is calling on his players to end 2018 on a high with victory over Petershill at Barrfields Park to complete a memorable year.
The last time both teams met at Largs it was a share of the spoils in February, but Largs put in a slick second half performance in the city to win 4-1 back in September, and will hope to emulate their high pressing style on the home 3G.
It is a 1.45pm kick-off at Barrfields Park as fourth placed Largs hope to maintain their lofty position - with only three points separating fourth to tenth position in the chasing pack.
Davidson said: "It would be good to end the year on a high - the players deserve that.
"We want to continue doing well at home.
"People should remember that Petershill won the First Division last season, and they have the same manager and players, and as we know in this league, everyone can beat everyone. You just need to look at last Saturday's fixtures with Irvine Meadow beating Hurlford.
"If most teams turn up on the day, they are capable of winning, and that is what makes it such a tough league.
"It has been a great 2018 for us but we need to keep going as I am expecting teams will be more aware of us and will try and make it tougher for us, but I have every confidence in the boys that we can cope with that, and continue to flourish.
