Former Perth Glory striker Joe Knowles has left Largs Thistle after a successful stint at Barrfields and is examining opportunities in India and Australia.
Largs boss Stuart Davidson said: "Joe was a pleasure to work with - a very quick player and good on the eye, and a great finisher.
"It was a wee bit of a culture shock for Joe at training in the dark nights compared to what he was used to in Australia, and sometimes the weather was horrendous, but he adjusted.
"He didn't moan and just got on with the business at hand.
"Joe made a good impact at the club and we wish him good luck wherever he ends up."
Highlights for Joe include his stunning hat-trick against derby rivals Kilbirnie, and a double against Irvine Meadow coming off the bench on his debut as Largs won 7-0.
