Largs had an afternoon to forget as they were turned over at relegation threatened Renfrew.
Thr defeat was bad enough but losing wing wizard Ben Black to injury was a worryingly sight for the Scottish junior Cup semi finalists.
On 13 minutes McKenna scored after a corner wasn’t cleared in the Largs box but Mark Millar netted an equaliser for the visitors with a low drilled effort from the right from 18 yards on 15 minutes.
Begley headed home from a corner on 26 minutes to make it 2-1 Largs.
Rikki McIntosh levelled by slotting home after a breakaway down then right and Borris scored a spectacular free kick to make it 3-2 to Renfrew before half time.
A Jamieson own goal on 55 minutes made it 4-2.
Ben Black was brought on to provide some important pace but was upended upon racing down the left wing, and had to be carried off. Ross George replaced him.
Largs won a spot kick on 75 minutes after Ryan McKie was clipped but Scott Adam’s effort was saved.
Renfrew rounded off the scoring from the penalty spot on 83 minutes from McKenna.
