Norman McGowan was the man of the match at the Monday session of Walking Football at the Weir Astroturf Centre (fortunately, indoors).
His goalkeeping display in the first half, and forward skills in the second helped the Yellows to a convincing 7-2 victory with Gerry Begley hitting a first half hat-trick before limping through the second.
'Old timer' Angus Bowes weighed in with two goals while Jim Whiteman tried to anchor the Blues who would have got much closer if they had had their shooting boots on.
There were four teams of six at the Wednesday session.
