It is six years since one of the greatest turnarounds Largs Thistle have ever seen - and in historical context a big moment for the club which has been moving forward with momentum ever since.
Thistle were seemingly rooted to the bottom of the Stagecoach First Division. The new management team of Bryan Slavin and Stuart Davidson has arrived in January - and time was running out on the club's First Division status as they hosted Pollok at home in April 2015.
With four teams going down, there was little room for error - Thistle put in a brilliant performance against the table toppers only to be denied an equaliser in the final minutes by a handball on the line which was missed by the referee.
However, Largs used this injustice as a spur with eight games of the season left, beating Yoker at home 3-1 with goals from James Marks, Kevin Struthers, and Sean Pierce.
Thumping wins against Thorniewood and Ardeer and a vital 1-0 win against second top Shettleston saw Largs move off bottom spot as 'Mission Impossible' was on.
Wednesday night draws at Irvine Vics and Neilston meant that Largs had three games left to save their season - with Largs facing an away trip to Pollok on a Wednesday night. The Glasgow giants had secured promotion two days before and hit the crossbar from kick-off.
But Thistle put in an assured performance to win 2-0 with second half goals from Creag Little and Glenn Thomson putting them just three points away from securing safety with two games still to play.
At Cumbernauld, Largs put in gutsy display to win 1-0 thanks to James Marks 25th minute winner - with the full time winner signalling amazing celebrations as Thistle clawed their way back from a seemingly impossible position - with one thing for sure - never write Thistle off!
