Douglas Park Bowling Club in Largs is inviting all members to an extraordinary general meeting at the clubhouse at 2pm on September 1 to discuss the remaining season and plan for 2025.
It is hoped that members will take the opportunity to update the constitution with input from all those present.
The input of members on improvements to the club will be warmly welcomed as well as new committee members and any offer of additional support.
The club have put out an appeal for as many members as possible to attend.
Tea, coffee and snacks will be served, and the bar will be open.
