MARTIN Gillian is quite overwhelmed by the kindness and care shown to Archie during his illness. My grateful thanks to Dr Greenfield and Dr Fraser, the nurses and carers, all who cared so compassionately for Archie. Thanks to Tricia Mahood of the Ayrshire Hospice who gave us so much help at a difficult time, and also to Jim for the loving care he gave Archie in his final days. Thank you to David Boyle and Staff of Halliday Pharmacy for their kindness and concern. Many thanks to the Marie Curie nurses who looked after Archie so compassionately. Thank you so much to all friends and neighbours old and new for lovely cards and flowers and to all who attended the funeral service. Many thanks to the Rev. Sandy McCallum for an uplifting and comforting service, and to Ross Agnew of Wm Tyre for his kind help and advice. Thank you to Ann for her lovely piping tribute to her much loved big brother. A sum of £380 was raised on behalf of Ayrshire Hospice and Marie Curie. Last but not least I would like to thank my family - David, Fiona, Kate and Andrew for their wonderful support of Archie and myself.
