Officers said the incident happened at an address in Helensburgh at about 6.15pm on May 8.
The 57-year-old, from the Dumbarton area, was given a record police warning for the minor assault against another woman.
The 43-year-old was stopped on the A82 near Firkin Point on Loch Lomond and reported to be found above the alcohol limit while driving.
The 26-year-old from Helensburgh was found to the bladed article at about 9.20pm on May 11.
