Largs-Glasgow train disruption on Monday morning
Due to damage to the overhead electric wires between Johnstone and Kilwinning.
Disruption is expected until 2.30pm according to the Scotrail website.
Scotrail state: "Train services between Glasgow Central and Largs may be cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until 14:30 08/02.
Customers travelling towards Stevenson, Saltcoats, Adrossan South Beach, West Kilbride, Fairlie and Largs are advised to board services from Glasgow Central towards Ayr departing on the hour and half hour calling at all stations and alight at Kilwinning to connect with a train shuttle service which will operate between Kilwinning and Largs in both directions."
