A humpback whale spotted off Wemyss Bay coast on Friday afternoon, with remarkable footage.
This short video clip was filmed by resident Juliane Neilson. Around the same time last year, a humpback whale visited the local area, and was christened Hamish by the local Clyde Mammal Group.
There were regular sightings including some amazing footage in front of Largs bay.
And during recent weeks there have been reports of Hamish returning to the Clyde, but this is the first video footage of the mammal that has been captured.
