A local MSP has urged residents of North Ayrshire and Arran to take part in the new feedback process that is being run by NHS Ayrshire and Arran.

The new feedback process has been described by the NHS as an “effective way of using feedback to help us continually improve our services and provide feedback direct to staff.”

West of Scotland MSP Jamie Greene has urged everybody to make sure their voices are heard in this crucial feedback exercise as it is vital to understanding where service improvements are needed.

Feedback can be left through their website or by talking to staff at local hospitals.

Jamie commented: “This is an excellent opportunity to have your voices heard and provide our local NHS with the feedback it needs to improve its service. I welcome the efforts by NHS Ayrshire and Arran and I would hope other health boards across Scotland would follow in a similar manner.”

“Although I acknowledge that NHS Ayrshire and Arran has had problems in the past, improvements can be made here if people put forward their honest opinion of their experience. So I would urge all to take part in this while it is still running.”
