The club's November meeting was entitled  "Show Judges Top Tips" and was very well attended by members and guests. Visiting expert flower show judge Kenny gave an informative talk on how a judge awards (or deducts) points for show entries. He covered a wide range of show entries but sadly ran out of time as he had to head back on the last ferry. Everybody was keen for him to make a return visit very soon! Tea and biscuits were served but not before we all sampled some home made gin liquor. The next meeting is our Christmas Party /Quiz Night on 21st December at 7:30pm in the Newton Lounge.
This night it social and everybody (including non members) are welcome to come along and enjoy some snacks, drinks, a fantastic quiz, Secret Santa (£5) amongst the very friendly company.
