Largs Museum will be open from May 1 right through till the end of September this year.
The venue in Kirkgate Close, between The George Bar and The Great Outdoors shop, is hoping to stay open seven days a week depending on volunteers available, from 2pm till 5pm.
There is disabled access into the museum, but not up to the Skelmorlie Aisle.
The Skelmorlie Aisle will be opened on a weather dependent basis, as if the stairs are wet, it can be dangerous to try and climb up.
Skelmorlie Aisle is the 17th century chapel in Largs and is one of the town's historic gems.
