The Beatles are coming to Barrfields Pavilion Theatre as a Viking Festival entertainment.
Well, the next best thing is happening in Largs on Friday, September 7 as like the original Fab Four, The Mersey Beatles are a band from the great city of Liverpool.
Since 1999 they have been recreating the sights and sound of the Beatles with a very authentic and distinctly Liverpool flavoured tribute.
According to The British Beatles Fan Club, The Mersey Beatles are the best tribute band around and they play regularly at the famous Cavern Club where John, Paul, George and Ringo were first discovered, although as afficianados know well Ringo was the last to join the band as he played there with another group.
The Mersey lads - all from Liverpool - have received acclaim all over the country and abroad for the Beatles music they create live on stage. They are the headline act at shows and festivals around the world including: America, Sweden, Malaysia, Australia, Germany, Indonesia, France, Italy, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, Norway etc. etc.
