MILLPORT Golf Club signed off a successful season with a presentation night last Saturday.
The club held competitions throughout the year and over 20 trophies were presented to the worthy winners.
Captain Alex Haggerty thanked match and handicap secretary Kenny Mapes for organising the event and all his hard work throughout the year.
Kenny then conducted the prizegiving and highlighted the achievements of Craig Pirie, who won the Argyll and Bute County Championships for the second year running.
A special mention also went to Niall Gallacher, 19, who won both the club championship and the Cumbrae Cup.
Although this marks the end of the season, the golf at Millport continues with the winter league for gents and competitions for the ladies every Saturday throughout the winter.
