A car was discovered on fire in Largs in the early hours of this morning.
Emergency services rushed to the scene when the parked vehicle was found ablaze at around 1.30am in Allenpark Street.
A crew from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) was able to put out the flames before anyone was injured.
The circumstances surrounding the fire have not yet been disclosed.
A SFRS spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 1.33am on Monday, January 15 to reports of a car on fire at Allenpark Street, Largs.
"Operations Control mobilised one appliance to the scene, where firefighters extinguished the flames.
"No casualties were reported, and the crew left after ensuring the area was made safe."
Police Scotland told the News that a report was made at around 1.55am after officers attended the scene.
