A popular Chinese takeaway in West Kilbride is temporarily closing for six weeks, the owners have revealed.
Customers have a last chance to enjoy their cuisine up until this Saturday, February 3, before the premises are closed.
The business will reopen on March 21.
The Regent, which sells Cantonese and Peking cuisine is closing its doors to allow for a family break to coincide with Chinese New Year.
In a statement posted on Facebook, a spokesperson for the business said: "During Chinese New Year, we will go back to China to visit family. We will close for a few weeks. Sorry for any inconvenience.
"Thank you all for your support. This Saturday is our last day before rest, everyone is welcome to come.
"We will try our best to serve you all.
"But Saturday may be very busy. Try to order on weekday, not only Saturday. Thank you and see you again on 21st March."
