Adriatico Amaretto is the exotic-sounding drink which will be on offer for free tastings in Largs this Saturday.
It's Amaretto Day on Friday, April 19, and you'll have the opportunity to have a sample at Geraldo's gift shop on Saturday, April 20 between 1-5pm.
You can join Mark Connelly, whisky connoisseur and spirits savant, to get a taste of the delicious Adriatico range of amarettos.
You can also experience Adriatico Classico, created using hand-picked and roasted "Filippo Cea" almonds from Puglia.
It has delicious notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa and coffee, with a pinch of saline salt from the Adriatic.
Another tipple on offer to taste is the Adriatico Bianco, for which the almonds are shelled and processed into an intense white almond powder that is transformed into a delicious, creamy white almond liquor with a tempting vanilla note.
No booking is required for the event.
