Yoga
General Yoga classes are held at Fairlie Parish Church on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9.45am to 11.15am. Drop-in and try a class – no experience is required and mats, belts and blocks are provided. Enquiries to Dai-An on 07855 989656 (Yoga Scotland Qualified Teacher).
Zumba
Zumba dance fitness classes are held in the Village Hall on Tuesday mornings from 10am to 11am. Zumba is great fun, and you can put in as much (or as little!) energy as you want. Ballet
Fairlie Community Association Ballet’s annual display, “Enchanted Garden” will be held in the Village Hall on Tuesday, 20th June. Parents please note that class on Tuesday, 13th June will be extended slightly to allow the dress rehearsal to take place (from 3.30pm to 5.15pm).
Toddlers
The Toddlers group meets in the Village Hall on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 10am to 11.30am with toys and activities for babies and young children under five (and a cuppa and chat for the accompanying adults). There’s a mix of mums, dads and grandparents, and everyone’s welcome. Just drop in and join them, or contact Kimberley on 07812 356664 if you have any queries.
Youth Club
Fairlie Youth Club, which meets in the Village Hall on Wednesday evenings for ages 10 and over, is currently at full capacity. If you’d like to be added to the waiting list for when places become available, please contact Heidi on 568631.
Village Hall
Fairlie Village Hall can be hired for family parties, discos, fundraisers, meetings, classes, etc. There’s a large hall with stage and a small meeting room, and a PA system, urn, crockery, table linen, etc. are available for lessees’ use.
