CHRISTMAS FAYRE

Fairlie Toddlers will hold their Christmas Fayre in the Village Hall on Saturday 2nd December from 10am till 12pm. There’ll be as much tea, coffee and homebaking as you can eat, exciting raffle prizes, bottle stall, bric-a-brac, facepainting, lucky dip and of course Santa! Any bottle donations or bric-a-brac would be greatly appreciated. Contact Kimberley on 07812 356664.

SANTA’S SLEIGH

Santa’s sleigh will tour Fairlie on Monday,4th and Tuesday, 5th December, when Santa, Mrs Claus and the elves will have presents and sweets for all children who come out to see them. On Monday, the sleigh will be in Keppenburn Avenue, Craig Hill Way, Bay Street, and Montgomerie Drive, and on Tuesday you’ll find it at the school gates, Castlepark Drive and Highfield Terrace. The sleigh will start out at 5pm on Monday and 6pm on Tuesday – listen for the sleigh bells and come out to see Santa! CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING

The lighting of the Christmas Tree will take place at the Village Hall on Wednesday, 6th December, and will include the presentation of the Margaret Currie award to the Young Citizen of the Year and entertainment from Fairlie Primary. After the formal proceedings, festive goodies will be served.
