Television stars from BBC1's 'Doctor Who' and 'Waterloo Road' will be attending the Inverkip Primary PTA School fete.
It will be at Inverkip Primary School at 11am-2pm, on Saturday 25 May.
There will be a traditional candyfloss cart and popcorn cart, BBQ, facepainting, Aunt Sally, homebaking, plant stall, bottle stall, hook a duck, fire engine, among many others, and a raffle, first prize �100.
This event has been supported by many local businesses who have donated raffle prizes and goods to sell.
Chairperson Val Knight-Rowley said: "We are lucky also to have cast members of Waterloo Road who plan to come along and open the fete. Our school pupils are delighted. We have been promised Abby Mavers,Shane O'Meara and Tommy Knight." Tommy Knight has extra significance for local schoolchildren as he was one of the main stars in the Doctor Who spin-off 'The Sarah Jane Adventures' as Luke Smith, and also appeared in the dalek episode 'The Stolen Earth'.
