Last week the Explorers were thinking about the world around them. They drew pictures of themselves, their home, their town and the world. They also had fun strutting their dance moves playing bugaloo.
At devotions we thought about what it is like being left out and how we can include people. The Juniors were very active this week playing games and also netball.
The Brigaders were busy knitting this week. We would like to thank Sarah for her patience in helping to teach the girls, although we were impressed with how many could already do it. We would also like to thank the kind people on Largs People who donated wool and needles to us.
The girls were getting into the Christmas spirit this week with the Juniors and Explorers designing Christmas cards. This is a fundraising event with money raised going towards company funds. Both sections also enjoyed playing games. The Brigaders enjoyed knitting again this week. As they hone their skills we will look to making a blanket.
The girls enjoyed church parade on Sunday, although the rain meant we only paraded one way. Rev Currie spoke to us about how we all contribute towards the life of BB and GB.
