On Sunday 7 December, Largs Rotary will once again be staging their Santa Fun Run. Entrants are encouraged to join in with the spirit of the occasion and dress up as Santa, even the dogs, who accompany some to the runners, can join in with fancy dress too.
The entry fee is £5 with money raised supporting local charities. Registration takes place in advance at The Largs Information Bureau and at the same place on the day from 11.00am. The fun run starts at noon at Largs Pierhead.
The route for runners, or simply watch the action, will start at the Pier, head north to Aubery Crescent then south to the Pencil and back to the pier using the coastal path.
