Get your running shoes on and head along to the Millport 10 miler fun run which takes place on Sunday May 14.
The event is open to both runners and walkers in the charity event - runners start at 12.15pm and walkers at 12.20pm from the start on the prom, opposite Premier Stores and you can register at 9am at The Garrison building, £20 to register.
There will be a medal for everyone at the finish, plus bananas, mars bars and cakes.
All money raised is for Parkinson's patients and their carers.
You can download an application form at Millport 10 miler fun run on Facebook, and there will be two water stops. Lynn and Kenny Bogan from the Garrison Cafe are donating a powershot drink for every participant.
Local islanders Angela and Marina are organising this fun event and hoping to attract up to 500 participants. The event is open to people of all abilities and ages.
