The Field Studies Council building in Millport is hosting a public seminar on Saturday for those interested in the Clyde and the marine environment.
The purpose of the event is an opportunity for those involved in research, data collection, public engagement and major local initiatives in the area to provide feedback on their projects.

For further information and booking form contact Tracy on 01475 530581 or e-mail tracy.sco@field-studies-council.org A change of ownership took place earlier this year with the Field Studies Council taking over the former marine biological station and, with the generous support of Scottish government, North Ayrshire Council and Highlands and Islands Enterprise, has been working hard to re-establish the site as a premier location for marine biology, coastal research and fieldwork venue for groups of all ages.
